We are often saying I love you to someone like to our father, mother, brother, sister, friends and so on. But how often do we say "I love myself ?" I appreciate who I am.This is something that we do, we don't do oftenly .
Without being filled with self love and self kindness, you cannot be kind to someone else. So, that is why you have to learn how to be kind and how to love yourself without hating yourself. You have to practise to stop hating yourself and you have to start loving you to yourself.
There are lots of efforts that we have put on ourselves. For example your name is a label, that was given by may be your parents or others and everyone start to call from that name. And it bacame your personality. We often try to label ourselves with our imperfections, with our mistakes or with our incapabilities. For example people say to themselves like, " I am a person who is being angry all the time, ' । am a person who is having a weak mindset, I am a person who is lazy, etc. So the more you label like that to yourself it becomes your personality and that is why we should not believe in the labels. We always have the chance to improve .
Every great person in this world has made mistakes and they have learnt from their mistakes and that is why they have achieved the greatness. Always remember, the mistakes will never define your characters unless you define your characters with your mistakes. So you should never let your mistakes to define your characters. Always you have the chance to improve and make yourself a good person.
We should stop negative criticism. There is something that is very important that we have to focus on and loving ourselves. We should stop criticizing ourselves, and others. We should not criticize others to put others down.
